No Warranty: We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the vehicles listed, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by users. Users are responsible for verifying the details and condition of the vehicles they are interested in.
No Endorsement: Bamwheels does not endorse or recommend any particular user, vehicle, or transaction. The inclusion of any vehicle listing or user on our site does not imply any endorsement by Bamwheels.
Listing Information: Vehicle descriptions, photos, prices, and other details are provided by the users who list their vehicles on our platform. Bamwheels does not verify the accuracy or completeness of this information.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan and that the information provided is accurate and not misleading.
Direct Transactions: Transactions for the sale, rental, or auction of vehicles are conducted directly between the parties involved. Bamwheels is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction process.
Payment and Fees: Bamwheels may facilitate payment processing for transactions through third-party payment processors. Users agree to the fees and charges associated with these services as outlined in our Payment Terms.
Auctioneer Role: Bamwheels provides a platform for users to conduct vehicle auctions. We provide tools and services to facilitate the auction process but do not take ownership or title of the auctioned vehicles.
Commission: Bamwheels earns a commission on auction sales, as specified in our fee schedule. This commission is a percentage of the final sale price and is due upon the completion of the auction.
No Guarantee of Transactions: Bamwheels does not guarantee that users will be able to complete any transaction initiated on our platform. We are not responsible for any failure to complete a sale, rental, or auction.
Liability Exclusion: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamwheels excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our platform.
User Disputes: Users are responsible for resolving any disputes arising from transactions conducted through our platform. Bamwheels may offer assistance but does not mediate disputes or provide any guarantees regarding their resolution.
Bamwheels relies on users to provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicles listed on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, and availability etc. As such, we do not independently verify or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information.
Self-Reported Information: All details about vehicles, including but not limited to make, model, year, mileage, condition, and history, etc., are provided directly by the sellers, renters, or auction participants. Bamwheels does not inspect vehicles or verify these details.
Responsibility of Sellers and Renters: It is the responsibility of the individual listing vehicles on our platform to ensure that the information they provide is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. Any inaccuracies or misleading information are solely the responsibility of the user providing the listing.
No Endorsement of Content: Bamwheels does not endorse or make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, photos, or content provided by users on our platform.
No Guarantee of Truthfulness: Users should be aware that information provided by others may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Bamwheels does not warrant the truthfulness of any content or the reliability of any user communications on our platform.
Due Diligence: Buyers, renters, and auction participants are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before engaging in any transaction. This includes verifying vehicle information, condition, history, and any claims made by the seller or lessor.

User Responsibility: Any disputes arising from transactions on our platform must be resolved directly between the users involved. Bamwheels does not mediate or resolve disputes and is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such disputes.

Exclusion of Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamwheels excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to the use of our platform or any transaction facilitated through our services.
Cap on Liability: In any event, the total liability of Bamwheels to any user for any claims arising out of or related to the use of our platform or services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user to Bamwheels for the specific transaction in question.
User Agreement: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bamwheels, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform, violation of these terms, or any transaction conducted through our services.
Vehicle Condition: Bamwheels makes no warranty regarding the condition, safety, legality, or compliance of any vehicle listed on our platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the vehicles they buy, rent, or auction comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Communications: All communications related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the users involved. Bamwheels is not responsible for any agreements, miscommunications, or misunderstandings between users.
Platform Usage: Users agree to use our platform in accordance with our terms and conditions and are responsible for any actions taken through their account.
Seller and Lessor Obligations: Users who list vehicles for sale, rental, or auction on Bamwheels are solely responsible for accurately describing the condition, specifications, and features of their vehicles. This includes providing truthful and detailed information about the vehicle's current state, history, and any known defects or issues.
Inspection and Verification: It is the responsibility of the seller or lessor to ensure that their vehicles are in the described condition and suitable for sale or rental. Bamwheels does not conduct inspections or verify the accuracy of any information provided in vehicle listings.
Inspection Prior to Purchase or Rental: Buyers and renters are strongly encouraged to conduct their own thorough inspections of vehicles before completing any transaction. This may include, but is not limited to, physical inspections, test drives, and obtaining professional mechanical evaluations.
Verification of Claims: Users should independently verify all claims made by the seller or lessor regarding the vehicle’s condition, including checking service records, vehicle history reports, and any other relevant documentation.
As-Is Transactions: All vehicles listed on Bamwheels are offered and sold on an "as-is" basis without warranties or guarantees of any kind by Bamwheels, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Disclaimer of Warranty: Bamwheels explicitly disclaims any liability for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information regarding vehicle condition provided by users on our platform.
Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with safety standards, emissions requirements, and registration laws.
Taxes and Fees: Sellers, buyers, renters, and auction participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, registration fees, or other government-imposed charges related to the sale, purchase, or rental of vehicles.
Safety Standards: Sellers and lessors must ensure that their vehicles meet all required safety standards applicable in their jurisdiction. This includes ensuring that vehicles are free from any known defects that could pose a risk to the user.
Emissions Compliance: It is the responsibility of the seller or lessor to ensure that their vehicles comply with all applicable emissions regulations. Bamwheels does not verify emissions compliance and is not responsible for any non-compliance issues that may arise.
No Inspection Services: Bamwheels does not provide inspection or verification services for vehicles listed on our platform. We do not guarantee the condition, safety, or compliance of any vehicle.
User Responsibility for Verification: Users are solely responsible for verifying the condition, safety, and compliance of vehicles. Bamwheels recommends that users seek professional advice or services to assist in this verification.
No Liability for Vehicle Condition: Bamwheels is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the condition, safety, or compliance of vehicles listed on our platform. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Karachi.
